A. First Year Students
- Form 138 or High School Card (Original)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (Bring original copy for verification)
- One Piece Long Brown Envelope
- Marriage Certificate (for married)
B. Transferee
- Transfer Credentials
- Certificate of Grades/True Copy of Grades
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (Bring original copy for verification)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- One Piece Long Brown Envelope
- Marriage Certificate (for married)
C. ALS Graduate
- ALS Rating/ALS Card
- ALS Certificate
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (Bring original copy for verification)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- One Piece Long Brown Envelope
- Marriage Certificate (for married)
NOTE: All ALS Graduates of the RBEC(2015 and below) and Graduates of 2016, 2017, 2018 will be admitted to college(freshmen).
