Student Services

Office of Student Affairs and Services

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) is located at the KCP Main Building, Room A219.

The OSAS is geared towards the holistic development of students. This office provides services, assistances, programs and facilities contributory to students’ success on their chosen field of expertise and prepare them to have a life-long positive contributions to the community.

The office provides the following services for student development: 

  1. Student Discipline and Welfare Unit that enhances student learning and personal development by creating an educationally purposeful, disciplines, and caring community.
  2. Student Organizations and Activities Unit that supervises, recognizes, monitors, and evaluates student body organizations’ initiated activities.
  3. Student Handbook Development services that provides access to development and updates of student handbooks thereafter disseminated for the guidance of students and school stakeholders.
  4. Scholarship and Financial Grants-in Aid programs being provided and scouted in various forms to deserving students.
  5. Alumni and Placement services that maintains active networking with the school, community, and relevant agencies/organizations for career and job placement of students.
  6. Student Publication/Yearbook in accordance to provisions of Republic Act 7079.
  7. Social and Community Involvement Programs designed to students’ social awareness, personal internalization for meaningful contribution to nation-building.
  8. Culture and Arts Programs that promotes values appreciation, promotion, and conservation of cultural heritage.
  9. Economic Enterprise Development that caters students’ needs such as cooperatives, entrepreneurial, savings, and income generating projects.
  10. Student Housing and Residential Services for easy access and accommodation that is safe and conducive to learning, especially to those new students in school.
  11. Foreign Student Services that out-fits the socio-psycho-cultural, academic, and non-academic needs of the foreign student.
  12. Student General Orientation services that make students aware of the school’s policies and procedures.
